Refund Policy

Our Commitment

KiwiNova Limited is committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions. We want our clients to be fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or adjustments may be provided.

Custom Development Services

Due to the custom nature of software and web development work, the following conditions apply:

• Deposits paid to commence a project are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If a project is cancelled before any work begins, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 10 business days.
• Milestone payments made for completed work stages are non-refundable.
• If KiwiNova Limited fails to deliver agreed scope, we will work to resolve the issue at no additional charge, or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Subscription Products

For subscription-based digital products (e.g., KiwiBudgetMate, PrepFlow, AutoShop Pro):

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refund will be issued for the current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase will receive a full refund, provided the product has not been actively used.
• Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused portions of an annual plan after 14 days.

Consulting & Strategy Services

Consulting sessions and strategy packages that have been delivered are non-refundable. If a session has been booked and the client cancels with more than 48 hours notice, a full refund or credit will be provided. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.

Hosting & Maintenance Plans

Monthly hosting or maintenance plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Prepaid annual hosting plans are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your request within 5 business days and respond accordingly.
